The tools automatically segment the liver and lungs on the CT and copy the volume-of-interest to the SPECT AC. The volume and counts of the SPECT are then used to provide the lung shunt and lung dose of the series. A report is automatically generated, which can be exported as .pdf or DICOM screen capture.
