The tool automatically segments each individual lung lobe, the left and right lung and the total lungs on the CT. The segmentation is automatically copied on the SPECT AC. The ratio of the left and right lung and each of the individual lobes is given from the counts and volume of the SPECT AC. A report is automatically generated, which can be exported as .pdf or DICOM screen capture.
