TriDFusion (3DF) v2.0.0 has been released and is available for download. This major update focuses on speed, modern platform support, and updated workflows with broader file‑format support. Creating AI networks is now faster than ever!

Release highlights
- Performance boost across the app for smoother scrolling, faster loading, and more responsive tools.
- Undo for contours safely explore, refine, and iterate without fear. (Finally!)
- Copy to multimodality now handles different Z slice counts and different fields of view (FOV), so datasets from varied scanners align with less manual work.
- Updated graphical interface with clearer controls and a more modern feel.
- Improved image fusion with better blending/alignment.
- Broader file format support to accelerate AI network development.
- 3D platform updated: full compatibility with MATLAB R2025a, including access to all features available in that release.

What’s new in detail
Faster, smoother everywhere
Smarter contouring
Bring back steps with a click using Undo for contours. It’s a simple change that makes segmentation workflows more forgiving and creative.
Copy to multimodality now respects different numbers of slices along Z and different FOVs. Move contours between PET,SPECT, CT, MR, and other modalities.
A refreshed interface
Buttons, panels, and toolbars have been refined so the most common actions are easier to find.
Better image fusion
I reworked the fusion pipeline for a better alignment across modalities.
Wider file‑format support
You can open .np file format.
3D + MATLAB, fully up to date
The 3D platform now supports MATLAB R2025a, unlocking its latest capabilities directly from TriDFusion.
